SEWING IS FUN FOR KIDS

On my birthday 16/10, I finally agreed to teach basic sewing class for kids. Thanks to my dear friend that keep pushing me to make it real. I am not good in my sewing skill, I must admit that. But I do have passion in sewing. When I was a kid, I used to watch my mum sewing, I see how she perform magic, turning fabric into a dress, a pants, curtains. And I start sewing for my barbie dolls and tote bags and more and more...

The real reason behind of this sewing class is to share with kids that sewing is fun and to relate sewing to their daily life. I hope that they can learn to be independence and not rely on their maid or their parents so much. At least they know when their button fall, they can fix it by themselves :) 

And I do hope that they can create something creative and funny later on.

adult booties (last year order)

This is actually an order that I received last year, total of 3 pairs of adult booties that need to send to oversea. From last autumn until now XD

Yar, I know I am so slow... I have few fun ideas that I will develop when I am really free to try.

DIY Accessories Box | DIY首飾盒

Bought some accessories during my vacation, and I have trouble to keep them nicely. As I seldom wear accessories :p

So, it is time to get myself a accessories a home. After work I quickly work on my project right after my dinner and TADA!!! This is how I "display" them.

I really love the zakka feel of my accessories box and it also reminds me that I shouldn't buy more accessories, else I will have to made a larger accessories box XD

They are happy!

I must say there are available space for more :p

I sewed & I wear

 I did not post anything for such a long time XD 

As I am enjoying sewing things I love. 

And lately I am so into sewing cloth. 

This is the first top that I sewed for myself. 

I use a pattern from book, but I have amended the pattern,

as I think I will feel more comfortable with what I love,

and most importantly the length that I prefer =)

FYI, I have actually sewed myself a dress, using same fabric, 

and I wear to work.
