Happy Labor Day

Noted that some of you are not working, as due to labor day fall on Saturday, some of the company replace the holiday on FRIDAY >_< how much I wish I can get extra holiday like that!

Last night I cut a few sets of fabrics & iron them accordingly, this weekend will be my sewing weekend.

Baby gift set

Finally, I am selling my baby gift set. You can email me for your order. Don't you love how it look. So sorry that the picture quality is not so good, as I took it before I go to work, and today the Sun rise earlier than normal day. My Craft Sunday

Yesterday was my craft Sunday, other than keep tracking the election result, I am sewing all the time. This pair of baby booties are on the way to Tg. Malim, for my dearest senior that she gave birth of her 4th Prince! Hope she like it. ^ ^

I also sew a patchwork coaster with my fabric scrap yesterday, sometimes I feel guilty to throw away my fabric scrap, so I collect it and when the time come, and I am lazy to keep them, I will turn them to something. This is my first trial on coaster, the finishing is not as good as I expected. I need to work harder on it. ^ ^

And I sew two pillow case for my God-daughters, I was scratching my head when trying to match the fabric, luckily I really have something that all little girls will like. haha... I also thought that sewing pillow case is just piece of cake, but is not as what I thought too >_<  I will be better next time. Thanks to my God-daughters that they are always my best white rat for trial products. My youngest God-daughter brought the tote bag I sew for her to school, her nursery teacher compliment her bag, and she told her teacher that was sew by me. How sweet.... =)

Custom made booties for display

I received an order from my customer, she request me to sew a pair of baby booties, she want to use it as display item. She saw my previous sewing of a PSP pouch and a phone pouch that I am using a little red ridding hod fabric, she request to have the same fabric. And thanks to JOAN she sold the red polka dots fabric to me. And it matched perfectly! And this time i sew a label with a little H, which symbolize my name :blush:

*remark - This pair of baby booties is without anti slipped. But it have two different design at both side.

Baby Booties . Batik

This is my first trial on batik fabric. I must tell you that it is soft and tender... baby will love this comfy fabric. And not to forget to share with you, I added anti slipped fabric at the bottom! If you wish to purchase this design, please write to hoyoyi@gmail.com

I am now in blogspot

I am actually very lazy to move my blog to blogspot. Due to I have been using xanga blog way far before there is a blogspot since year 2003. So, i will post more about my design & my creation here. You are always welcome to comment either you like it or hate it. Here I would like to share with you my little sewing corner which I spent my time when I am free.
